Anime Studio Forums - Anime Studio, formerly Moho, is a very cool little 2.5D animation package. The forums are a regular haunt of mine.
Conitec - Creators of the cool 3D Game Studio product for indie game developers. Despite the name it is a serious package and I hang out on the forums waiting for the day I have time to experiment with it some more.
